2. Do you produce custom-made LED signs?

Yes! DS LED Technology specializes in custom-made LED message boards and trade signs. Many of our products can be built to accomodate your existing sign specifications and communication needs.

3. How do I install the product?

For smaller products, such as window displays, signs can be easily installed using durable hanging chains, provided at the time of purchase. For larger signs and pylon signs, we provide easy and reliable installation at a reasonable price point.

4. How do you program messages?

Messages can be easily programmed using either a remote control or a computer software program that can be connected through cable or wireless technology. All products come with a detailed, easy to follow instructional manual to program messages.

5. What happens if I need technical support?

The detailed, easy to use instructional manual included with every product outlines all error messages, troubleshooting and maintenance help. However, if further assitance is needed, DS LED provides technical support at no additional cost.

6. Do your products come with a warranty and what does it cover?

All of our products come with a One Year Warranty which includes all parts and labour for any defects and malfunction of the display through normal use only. Transportation, re-installation and shipping costs are not covered. Physical damages, damages caused by unauthorized repair and damages caused by nature are excluded from the coverage. Extended warranty is available for purchase.
